All texts are defined in relative units and can be easily zoomed in and out by means of the standard tools provided by the web browser. The website layout and controls are designed so that the website is accessible with the alternative web browsers and by persons with specific needs.

Should you find any feature on the website, non-complying with the accessibility requirements, please let us know. We will promptly take the corrective measures.

Unacceptable parts of web-side

• Without JavaScript doesn't work  links  Send to email and Print, however printing is possible through Menu of browser   File ⇒ Print (or Ctrl+P).

• Visual presentation is created by cascade styles (CSS). Because of using of the most modern characters of CSS 3, vendor prefixes, which represent marking of safety means of pre-implementations of new CSS characters,
  there is not kept validity of cascade styles. Usage of vendor prefixes is fully compatible and don’t have a consequence of incorrect view of presentation.

At the beginning of the side is link „Skip main content“, „Skip to additional content“, links to main welcome side in form of logo, next main  navigation menu and searching.

Note: for example in  Internet Explorer and Safari is possible to skip to main content  with using of keyboard Alt+1. In Mozilla Firefox then Alt+Shift+1.  In Opera is possible to show main menu with shortcut Shift+Esc, then press only needed key, e.g.1

External links and new windows

Links leading out of the presentation are marked with icon and links opened a new window are marked with icIf an user doesn’t have switched on JavaScript, relevant icons are replaced with picture on the background. If an user doesn’t have nor JavaScript either pictures (or cascade styles), any icons are visible .

Possibilities of personalized view

Presentation is available only in one (basic ) style, but some of browsers  supports  switching off/personalizing of styles on different levels.

• Mozilla Firefox supports switching off a style and user styles 
• Opera supports advanced work with the styles, including plenty of preset templates.
